b) Providing a source for information you quote

According to Dictionary.com plagiarism is

“An act or instance of using or closely imitating the language and thoughts of another author withoutauthorization and the representation of that author’s work as one’s own, as by not crediting the original author: It is saidthat he plagiarized Thoreau’s plagiarism of a line written by Montaigne.”

2.What does “by-nc-sa” mean? Use your own words!

by-nc-sa:

By: If something has this tag you must give credit to the author.

Nc: Non-commercial, this tag means that this photo is not to be used to make money unless given permission by the author.

Sa: Share alike, you let others share works but it must be the way that you share it.

b) Find another place that you can search for Creative Commons
photos or free to use photos, and share the link. Compare this site
you have found to the ones I suggest above.

Free Digital Photos

I prefer the site compfight.com. To me this site is more organized then Free Digital Photos.

The search seems to be much more user friendly and have filters that apply to me.

3.Create a motivational poster or poster to go with a favourite
quote and share it in your post.

Android Inquiry 5

a.       What was the best suggestion or feedback that you got from classmates that commented in the forum? Who posted the comment?

Our best suggestion that we got from a classmate is by Max Byres “You guys didn’t have all that much information for a group of five people…”. I agree 100% we did not have as much information about our inquiry considering we had five people. A more interesting way to present it would have been to have each person research a specific part. If we did that we would have had a lot more information.

b.      Was the feedback useful? Why or why not?

Yes, in my opinion all feedback is useful. We can always improve our inquiries and presentations.

2.       Reflection

a.      What is a key thing that you learned about inquiry learning? (the process of your inquiry)

I learned that the inquiry process is a process that can have alot of information.

b.      What do you need help with in order to improve?

We need to include more information in our presentation while at the same time keep the attention of the audience.
